Damian’s strength as a designer and facilitator of adult learning is his unrelenting pursuit of creativity and innovation.
He has designed and facilitated adult learning since 1992. Starting his career as an outdoor instructor, Damian developed a solid foundation of facilitation skills with Project Adventure New Zealand. He went on to work for leading training companies specialising in people skills training design and facilitation.
Starting a Masters degree in 2001 in design management gave him the impetus to bring a creative approach to the design of learning in his own company Mindspring Limited.
Over her 23-year career what has sustained Maxine is a passion for helping people and organisation to have superb working relationships.
In addition to her specialist area of work management training, she currently trains managers in coaching skills. She also works in the areas of sales and customer service training, and in the design and delivery of business writing programmes. Her experience spans both public and private sector organisations. Maxine values working in a pragmatic and straightforward way to deliver training with tangible results for both the individual and the organisation.
Maxine is universally considered the best grandmother in the world by her two granddaughters.
Tanya’s passion as a facilitator is to support people’s brilliance and potential to grow. Organisations only develop when individuals develop so Tanya’s focus is on supporting the growth of awareness, personal responsibility and choice.
Since 1992 Tanya has worked in corporate and consulting roles in Human Resources and Organisational Development. She now works as an Executive Coach and facilitates training programmes and group dynamics.
Tanya cares about her community and works as a Lifeline Counsellor and Trainer. She creates marvellous mosaics and loves a damn good giggle.
